Straddling a major sunken freeway (Utrechtsebaan), this 72 metre high office building sits on two concrete side walls either side of the tunnel tray. A frame of concrete lattice girders oversails the road at ground level. The basement contains five levels of parking, an entrance level and a double-height level of restaurant and congress rooms. But it is the enormous steel structure in the glazed heads, exposed where these recede at the office levels, that grabs the attention.
