This house is the prototype of an industrialised building system allowing an assortment of variations and layout schemes. Shallow and variable in breadth, the house is founded on concrete slabs supporting steel columns with stressed-skinfloor panels. The garden elevation is fully glazed with sliding glass doors. The street elevation is formed by the coupling of service capsules (kitchen, central heating, bathroom, stair). A wall of storage units with air ducts and 'electrarail' separates corridor and living areas.
