This industrial centre uses a standard design fitting different situations and types of industry. It is made up of a central zone with structural elements, service ducts, and a parking lot, with on either side freely subdivisible floor space rentable per bay. The roof is suspended from a central row of posts. The composition, meant to emphasise the flexibility of the whole, seems prompted by examples of international High-Tech architecture.
