The ground floor of this functionalist villa is given over to four distinct living spaces - workshop cum study, living room, dining room and kitchen - grouped round a central stairwell. A narrow strip along the north side accommodates the entrance, cloakroom and toilets. Three bedrooms and utility spaces occupy the upper floor; a rooftop billiards room completes the composition. The villa was restored at the end of the 1980s, though only partly reinstating the original polychromatic colour schemes of the interior.
