An aesthetic, refined play of rectangular volumes and horizontal concrete panels conceals a quite conventional house plan - a central corridor with service areas and staircase, off which are the rooms. The yellow and grey tiled facades, the many balconies and terraces, and the roof terrace and horizontal fenestration give the building a modern objective look, yet it remains a synthesis of different ideas and formal means.
