Prinsenland
Eight rows of three gently rotated blocks of housing set on residential paths constitute the heart of this latter-day garden suburb. The rows are separated alternately by a road or a theme garden. All dwellings face south and are accessed by a footpath running between the north side and the ends of the gardens of the succeeding block. The area, dominated by yellow and terracotta colours, is closed off along the edges by taller development. Its east side is terminated by an elongated apartment building that steps up to six storeys, a pair of crescents and one more block of path-accessed dwellings.
