A rectangular block with entrance, directors office and residence was slotted into a round office. Separating the round central hall from an open office zone along the facade was a glazed partition with service windows. Free-standing cupboard units allowed a variety of office subdivisions. Besides being an early example of Functionalist architecture in concrete this building foreshadowed contemporary 'kantoortuinen' (office landscapes).
