Built by Van Ravesteyn for himself, this house exploits his pre-war themes: a functional parti, use of modern materials and a predilection for curves. Standing in one corner of a triangular site, its plan, too, is triangular. The curved glass partitions of both living room and roof terrace above offer a view of what was then unspoilt country.
