This unassuming summerhouse in traditional brickwork has a basic subdivision, with its spatially interesting living room on the south side. Its two glass fronts could be completely opened out to screen off the terrace. The combination of horizontal roof and balcony with a prominent chimney and vertical stair window create an interesting whole. The summerhouse was restored in 2012 and can be rented.
