Solid brick walls with huge square holes punched in them occupy three sides of the square on which these sugar manufacturer's headquarters are premised. On the fourth side a quarter of the square's area has been discarded. The resulting pair of walls running diagonally to the centre of the square have glass facades fronted by tall metal sunbreaks able to rotate about their vertical axes. These movable slats have been compared by their designer to the innards of a sea-anemone.
