This building housing a firm of contractors dealing in concrete was erected by the client. On a basement of poured concrete partly filled in with concrete blocks stands a steel structure with steel-framed windows and movable partition walls. Exploiting elementary forms and primary colours indoors, this late Rietveld design is a distinct echo of his De Stijl days.
