Industrial and public-utility buildings
An artificial canal extends the length of the site with on either side of it a string of office buildings, linked on one side to the public service facilities and on the other to vast factory halls. At the head of the canal is the distinctive circular company restaurant cum training centre. All buildings are executed as steel structures, clad with silver corrugated aluminium facade panels and furnished with elegant steel emergency landings and spiral stairs. The architecture is heavily influenced by Richard Meier's design for Siemens in Munich.
