Offices and counselling rooms at this employment exchange are grouped about a double-height glass-roofed atrium. The gently sloping copper-clad roof, a reference to local farmhouses, juts out on all sides supported by steel columns beyond the envelope, with steel tripods at the splayed corners for added strength. Facades are a mix of glass panels in aluminium frames and panels of untreated western red cedar in iroko frames.
