This office building combines two 15-storey side bays and a 16-storey central portion, with the rooftop plant rooms hidden from view behind the extended facade. The all-brick cladding gives the building a restrained, Germanic quality. Its two outer portions sport full-height brick piers between which are alternate bands of fenestration and aluminium cladding panels bearing a cruciform pattern. The tall central part has a similar vertical thrust. The brick surfaces either side of the bands of fenestration become narrower with height whereas the posts between the individual windows become broader.
