This villa for C.H. van der Leeuw, who commissioned the https://www.architectureguide.nl/project/item/prj_id/251" class="inline_link">Van Nelle factory, consists of service rooms on the ground floor, living spaces on the first floor, bedrooms on the second and a roof terrace with a solarium cum gymnastics room. The garden side is virtually all glass with a steel frame. All levels are stitched together by a steel spiral stair in the corner of a double-height winter garden on the south side. The villa has been restored and converted into a clubhouse.
