Three building parts enclose a central courtyard, with spaces linked on the lower floors by a ramp which follows the slope of the site. At the top of the cylinder is a meeting room complete with panorama terrace. With its classical forms and choice of materials, the civic centre makes a worthy companion to Peutz’s town hall.
