This housing lies above Metro station Nieuwmarkt and is founded on Metro tunnel sections. A double cantilever maintains the building line where the street broadens. Separated from tenants' gardens by a wall is a public square. Bowl-shaped, it sports a waterfall and forms a natural arena. Behind the waterfall is a blank wall concealing air ducts for the Metro.
