These narrow premises (6 x 50 m.) in Art Nouveau style once housed a showroom and a warehouse. Behind a glazed front set in spindly cast-iron columns and capped with flamboyant ironwork is the main volume with its steel frame, wooden floors, cast-iron stair and galleries skirting large voids. In 1981 the building was radically converted by S. Schamhart and H. van der Leeden of Atelier Pro into a film theatre. The building has housed a string of cultural functions since then.
