This office building comprises three cylinders each 20.6 metres in diameter and assembled from precast concrete elements: wedge-shaped floor sections resting on a central column and aluminium-dressed structural cladding panels. The cylinders are stitched together by a three-sided volume containing toilets, stair and lifts. The advantages of circular forms are a minimum of walking distances, wiring and pipes, the shortest possible perimeter and in this case office space for 15 to 20 people per circle.
