At over 100 metres high, the residential tower block Weenacenter was likewise to https://www.architectureguide.nl/project/item/prj_id/1352" class="inline_link">Unilever designed by Jan Hoogstad. This Weenacenter has 35 floors and 124 units: 30 levels of four units and two each with two penthouses and a roof garden. The lifts are situated between the two units on the north side so that these units project beyond the southern units and consequently are also oriented to the south. The vertical play of coloured stripes makes the tower seem more slender.
