Occupying an impossible sliver of urban leftover space are these 16 levels of offices above a five-storey car park. Rising above the understructure with its free-standing double screw-shaped car park entrance is a rectangular slab with tiled concrete panels and a wedge-shaped curtain wall. Two L-shaped concrete piers in the rear elevation ensure stability and contain vertical circulation. The road at the rear runs beneath the building.
