Refurbishment and extension of an old block of halls as a community centre including sports hall, crèche, and meeting room. Volumes are interlinked by an inner street with roof lighting along the building's length. An arcade leads to a local park. The excessive vocabulary of arches and 45º angles is richly decked in purple and orange. Ornamentation extends to the interior, its lighting, and its furniture.
