This new wing fits in well with the existing building in its use of brick, but is more open to the street. Split into three by two walk-ways, the exhibition space consists of large, flexible areas with neutral white walls. Steel shed roofs provide lighting on the upper floor. The offices are housed in a strip of low-rise. Bodon's extension is for the greater part hidden by the 2003 extension by Robbrecht and Daem.
