This villa for C.H. van der Leeuw, who commissioned the Van Nelle factory, consists of service rooms on the ground floor, living spaces on the first floor, bedrooms on the second and a roof terrace with a solarium cum gymnastics room. The garden side is virtually all glass with a steel frame. All levels are stitched together by a steel spiral stair in the corner of a double-height winter garden on the south side. The villa has been restored and converted into a clubhouse.
