Two Z-shaped cores in slipform enabled this office building to be erected in record time using prefabricated cladding panels and beams and reinforced concrete floor slabs. The tower has a complex plan based on areas of 7.2 x 7.2 metres that form freely subdivisible office units. Facades of 16 white and 14 black vertical strips, the former in concrete sandwich panels with a white aggregate finish, the latter in dark sunproof glass and black anodized aluminium cladding, help compensate in their verticality for the height restriction of 60 metres.
