The Wilhelminahof complex is a major pivotal point in the Kop van Zuid development. The burly red brick volume was designed by two firms and comprises 120,000 square metres of office space for law (Kraaijvanger Urbis) and tax and customs (Cees Dam & Partners). Fronting this red wall plane are a lenticular office tower and a less-tall complex of law courts. A tall hole punched in the brick expanse acts as a gateway framing the metro line and the new metro station designed by Zwarts & Jansma.
