Seventy-seven units in two rows either side of a large court (90x30 m) are terminated at each end by an elongated gateway building partly borne aloft on skinny steel posts. Capping it all is a full-length curving aluminium roof whose spatial impact extends into the row houses below: single-family units on the north side, stacked flats to the south. Dissenting dwelling types are concentrated at the gateways and in a crescent-shaped block beyond the main envelope.
