Atlantic-huis is an Art Deco-style building that plays host to a miscellany of firms. Its name, detailing and artwork refer to the dynamics of harbours and ships. A major innovative feature is the internal car park. The building has a U-shaped plan and sports two round corner towers. The concrete frame dictates the rhythm of the frontage, this being a combination of brick and ponderous concrete mouldings. The building is converted into apartments.
