These housing blocks show OMA experimenting with different means of access. Lower-level units are entered in three different ways. On the fourth dwelling level three sections are linked by a long access gallery. Tucked in beneath the block are two triangular elements: a community centre and a supermarket. In the middle of the open triangle of the community centre is a solid core of services. The space of the community centre is variously subdivisible with sliding partitions.
