The apartment complex by the Belgian architect Bruno Albert follows in broad lines the layout of Coenen’s https://www.architectureguide.nl/project/item/prj_id/1548" class="inline_link">masterplan. Inclined towards classicism, its architecture weds well with Coenen’s classic formal urbanism. At the centre of the rectangular six-storey complex is a circular portion thrusting up eight storeys. The round inner court it enfolds terminates in a tall iron fence by the artist Narcisse Tordoir.
