Housing, a supermarket, a youth centre and an indoor car park (originally intended as the site's sole occupant) here combine in a single urban block. Dwelling units follow a module the size of two parking spaces, with pairs of units of one and a half levels facing each other across a central access corridor reached from the street by three staircases.
