This plan groups dwelling units round four indoor car parks. All dwelling types are based on a standard grid of 6.7 x 7.6 m. and have two to three storeys. Units are linked either directly or by way of a storage unit. Each individual dwelling can be identified from a freestanding stairhouse topped with an orange-domed rooflight. The welter of terraces and the white facades give this housing a Mediterranean look.
