Two large volumes by KCAP, a cylinder and a prism, mark the centre of this otherwise average Vinex district. The large cylinder consists of a shopping basement with glass block facades. A ramp allows the occupants of the housing on the upper levels to park outside their front door on the circular street. In the sheltered housing complex opposite the cylinder are 111 apartments ranged around a central atrium. The ground floor has been kept free for communal amenities and some commercial premises. The facades are of reused brick.
