This shopping centre consists of a pedestrian precinct with five shops alternating in a chequerwork W so that the display windows are always visible from the surrounding streets. Each shop is a variation on a basic theme and comprises a two-storey dwelling, a patio, business premises, and a glazed shop section. The shops have load bearing brickwork walls, timber or steel joisting, and a finish of white wood boarding.
