The 210 hotel rooms occupy the nine lowest storeys; above that are 88 freehold apartments. An anthracite-coloured low-rise portion contains the lobby, office space and some maisonettes. The high-rise slab has gravel-coloured concrete elements and glass at the head ends and sits on a concrete table structure.
