This project constructs a number of infills in a city block. The block, which is opened up by a side street leading to a school cum community centre, comprises two levels of maisonettes with storage space concentrated in the ground floor corners. Cladding panels in bold colours and rhythmic verticals subordinate individual units to the block's totality.
