This project consists of a row of housing and a small, brightly-coloured block which because of vibrations from the Metro below stands apart from the surrounding layout. The colouring of the facades is the work of artist K. Makkink. The ground level consists of shops and business premises. The structural walls of the houses are at an angle to the street, creating a natural sawtooth articulation. Each house has a roof terrace.
