This complex consists of a community centre, a health centre, a social services centre and 198 old-age dwellings. Alberts responded to the large-scale surroundings by applying organic forms linked together on a small scale and gradually decreasing in height from seven storeys down to one. The 'principle of human encounter' is provided for inside by recesses and places to sit, and outside by squares and a reflecting pool with a stepped terrace.
The district centre is demolished in 2001; the dwellings are renovated.
