This three-level complex groups rental offices around a central open area. The lowest level contains the entrances and consists of a raked courtyard bridging the difference in height between the adjacent railway embankment and the street. A parking facility lurks beneath the courtyard. The central level comprises a ‘ring’ of offices with columnless corners projecting far into space and overlooking the courtyard. Atop this office ring are three towers of varying height. The cladding panels, which sport reliefs of stylized acanthus leaves, are so tinted that the facades change colour with changes in the visual angle and light conditions.
