This production hall and office building looking out over the Nieuwe Maas river belong to Cats the paper wholesalers. The office view is an exception in this area, as almost all other commercial buildings face the street. Fifty-five metres long, the office building has its principal spaces on the first floor, which cantilevers at one point in a mass of glass. Atop this jutting bay is the canteen terrace. Facades basically are a combination of the building's concrete frame and a brick infill. The production hall is spanned by 25-metre prestressed beams. The complex has been enlarged on several occasions.
