BUILDING TYPE:
Buildings for education

On the ground floor of this school and conference centre combined is a dining-hall with kitchen space and several rooms for group activities. Upstairs, further group activity rooms are ranged around a central meeting space which also doubles as a theatre and music room. The predominant feature of this organic architecture, based in part on the ideas of Rudolf Steiner, founder of the Anthroposophical movement, is its use of natural materials and forms.
