This building is dominated by a large flexible computer hall on the upper floor, externally expressed by concrete elements with red tiles for facade and roof. Around this hall is a U-shaped envelope of offices, while the ground floor houses stores and mechanical plant. Due to lack of construction time, many components including a concrete frame and roof and facade panels were prefabricated. The building is connected by a footbridge to a later addition.
