LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT:

BUILDING TYPE:
Office buildings

All spaces in this office building are grouped around a garden designed by Mien Ruys. The main block on the right of the entrance contains a double-height lecture hall, combined canteen and exhibition gallery, and director's suite, with a 'publicity studio' on the roof. Facades consist of prefabricated concrete columns and bands with an infill of glazed brick and aluminium-framed Windows. The design makes use of the Modulor, a system of measurement developed by Le Corbusier based on the Colden Section.
