This futuristic structure turns out to be a basic, flexible, largely prefabricated office building. Offices surround a central hall with stairs, lift, and toilets. A concrete cellar supports a steel frame with both storey height and span of 4.50 metre. Inner walls, glazing, and polyester facade elements with sunproof cappings all adhere to a module of 4.26 x 4.26 metre. Stability is provided by concrete floor slabs and crosses on the frontage.
The building was demolished in 1987.
