The architecture of Alberts & Van Huut, so personal in appearance and once reserved for welfare, has since been successfully applied to office buildings (https://www.architectureguide.nl/project/item/prj_id/431" class="inline_link">NMB, https://www.architectureguide.nl/project/item/prj_id/977" class="inline_link">Gasunie). The elongated block comprises two tall sections containing the entrance and an unbroken circulation route. Here the anthroposophical forms are a modification of a 'normal' office block, the architects being faced with an existing urban context. In the interior with its extremely precise detailing the architecture comes more into its own.
