BUILDING TYPE:
Housing

So as to make the most of the magnificent view of The Park and the River Maas, it was decided to build a luxury apartment block with roof garden instead of the four-storey corner building designated in the urban plan. The building is not freestanding but engages the pattern of Westzeedijk with a low-rise portion on two columns. The porch entrance, marked by a concrete sculpture at the building's head, opens into a spacious hallway where two lifts serve a maximum of four dwellings per storey.
