Here a sports hall and several pavilions have been sensitively inserted into their wooded setting. The hall is steel-framed, enveloped in an abstract composition of manganese brick walls and strips of fenestration. A basement containing changing rooms and medical facilities bridges a difference in level of three metres. The recreation pavilion offers a lively overlapping of inside and out with its four large concrete trusses placed free of the walls.
