Built for the industrialist Klep, this rectangular white-rendered volume boasts an L-shaped terrace that takes up the entire garden side and the garage roof. The flat roof above the south side cantilevers slightly. Behind the semicircular glass facade below the terrace, is the dining room. At one time there was a large bench by the front door serving as a waiting room. An additional storey was added in 1974. The house next door, designed for the Nuyens family, is a little smaller and has its terrace facing the street.
