The main focus of attention here are two trapezium-shaped residential towers fully oriented to the water. One has three apartments per floor, the other two. Both towers, which cantilever 12 metres, terminate in two-storey apartments with a roof garden. A low basement and assorted small low-rise blocks of split-level units together enfold a raised plaza above a parking facility. This project is another with facades of glued red brick.
