The apartment complex by the Belgian architect Bruno Albert follows in broad lines the layout of Coenen’s
masterplan. Inclined towards classicism, its architecture weds well with Coenen’s classic formal urbanism. At the centre of the rectangular six-storey complex is a circular portion thrusting up eight storeys. The round inner court it enfolds terminates in a tall iron fence by the artist Narcisse Tordoir.
